With the summer olympics taking place in Beiging right now, I thought I'd share a few more China pictures with you. These pictures were taken in Beiging in the spring of 2007. Some depict the new, glitzy part of China, and others show a bit of how most of China really is. One thing that was amazing to me when I visited Beiging and Shanghaii was how closely the glitz and the—well, you decide what to call it—stand together. You can literally take one step away from the glamour and be in the . . . And these pictures are only a taste.
